Here's Our First Look At Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order Gameplay

Jedi Fallen Order

But in the end, there'll be proper screen wipes in Jedi: Fallen Order.

Fallen Order gameplay trailer (which is some fifteen minutes long) which was presented by Respawn Entertainment studio heads Vince Zampalla and Stig Asmussen, we see footage from three hours into game which shows Cal Kestis as a developing Padawan rather than a full-blown Jedi. Our demo begins in the oceans of Wookie planet Kashyyyk, with Cal and his droid BD-1, swimming under a stormy sky, with lumbering full-size AT-ATs in the background.

But, I still think there's a layer of depth within the combat, and how you use the Force powers to take down enemies more efficiently. Hopefully the game will feature more open environments down the line.

With the game set to launch in six months, the team said they still have a lot of work to do in order to finish off a project that has millions across the world (and Jedi universe) chomping at the bit. We've only gotten a tiny glimpse of the game in action thanks to a teaser tweet (which you can see below), so we have little sense for how it will play out or what the "thoughtful combat" that developer Respawn has touted means.

As it turns out, there's another reason why Saw wants Cal in the refinery.
