Elderly man dies after woman pushed him off Las Vegas bus

Video shows what happened next: Bishop shoved the man off the bus, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police said, through the open door.

Police named Cadesha Bishop, 25, as the woman who pushed the man off the bus.

According to witnesses, Bishop was arguing and cursing at passengers on-board when the victim, Serge Fournier, asked the woman to be nicer.

His family notified the Las Vegas police on May 3 and Bishop was arrested May 6.

The video shows the woman identified as Bishop, from two separate angles, shove Fournier off the bus using both hands.

The elderly man initially refused medical treatment but went to the hospital later that day.

Barr working with intel chiefs on Russia review
That comment landed Wray in hot water with Trump, who lashed out when asked about it by reporters on Tuesday. President Trump nominated Durham for his current post a year ago and the Senate unanimously confirmed him.

Police reports of the incident state that he was pushed off "with enough force that he never touched any of the steps on the bus" and that "his head landed approximately eight feet from the bus doorway". He died a month later on April 23. "People need a little more patience than what they have these days". Taylor described Fournier as a "wonderful person" and that he had been taking care of his disabled wife.

Bishop has been convicted twice of misdemeanor domestic battery charges in 2014 and 2015, according to court records.

The coroner ruled the death a homicide.

Cadesha Michelle Bishop, 25, was arrested Monday on a murder warrant for the death of 74-year-old Serge Fournier.

A judge held her on $100,000 bail pending a preliminary hearing on May 21. A Clark County public defender's official did not immediately respond Thursday to messages.
