Resident Evil 2 Classic '98 Costumes Announced

Cannibalistic Murders

Resident Evil 2 is also getting a The Ghost Survivors gameplay mode that will feature randomized elements.

If you enjoyed Sandra Bullock's performance in Netflix's Bird Box, then the Resident Evil 2 Remake launch trailer will be a treat.

The Resident Evil 2 remake launches on Friday (25th January) and players can now look forward to some free post-launch content. Some of the characters teased include the mayor's daughter, Robert Kendo and an unnamed U.S.S. member. In essence, this mode is like a built-in randomizer. As we're heading into a long-weekend here in Australia no doubt many of you out there will be spending some time with Capcom's Resident Evil 2 - a truly stunning remake and a great way to kick off games in 2019.

Resident Evil 2 has you running and gunning down an assortment of zombies as you progress through a 20-hour campaign to escape the undead of Raccoon City. Capcom announced a release titled "Classic '98", and will revert Leon Kennedy and/or Claire Redfield back to their polygonal models. The costumes will be added for free on March 22nd.

Four charged with planning attack on Muslims in NY
Police said the 16-year-old suspect was showing suspicious pictures on his phone and another student passed along the information. At the time, then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions described the plot as an attack on religious freedom.

Though we don't know much about the mode, we do know that it will have a few enemies that players won't find in the base game.

As Johnny Alpha mentioned, I see that no-one has mentioned Resident Evil Deadly Something (the DS game) or The Umbrella Chronicles and The Darkside Chronicles.

Resident Evil 2 releases on January 25 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
