In light of the recent photographs, a spokeswoman for Norfolk Constabulary said "suitable words of advice have been given to the driver".

His auto crashed with a Kia, the 28-year-old driver of whom suffered cuts to her knee.

The Duke of Edinburgh was photographed driving a new Land Rover without the seat belt, which is required on a public road.

She said: 'I kept thinking he was going to stop but he didn't.' She remembers shouting: 'Get the baby out!' as a man came to help them, but after the little boy was rescued, everyone concentrated on the other vehicle because it was on its side.

In a voicemail, Morrison, who is also a close friend of Her Majesty, told Fairweather, "Hello, I'm ringing from Sandringham House".

On Thursday, Philip escaped without injury when his auto flipped over following a crash with another vehicle close to Sandringham.

"It all went into slow motion as I watched the other vehicle", she said.

Emma Fairweather said that she was told she would hear from the Queen and the Prince, however all she got was a message from the police that said: "The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh would like to be remembered to you".

Police said the advice given to Philip was "n line with our standard response when being made aware of such images showing this type of offence".

Former New Orleans Pelican DeMarcus Cousins Returns to the National Basketball Association
Tobias Harris scored 28 points and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had 24 for the Clippers, who dropped their fifth consecutive game. If Green is hitting that outside shot, the Warriors did indeed break the National Basketball Association .

"I'm still quite surprised that Prince Philip hasn't felt he wants to contact me and inquire as to how I am", she said.

She said the duke asked after the welfare of the Kia occupants, adding: 'He looked so anxious and told me, "I'm such a fool"'. But the incident - and Philip's subsequent driving apparently without using a seatbelt - is raising questions about his continued use of roadways.

Buckingham Palace did not immediately comment on the images.

"We're all thinking of you very much at Sandringham, and I'll try you at a later date".

But after she saw Philip had a new vehicle delivered less than 24 hours after the crash, she said: 'This has upset me'. "Maybe he should prioritize that over test driving his new auto".

She added it was "disgusting" to see him driving without a seatbelt on Saturday and asked if he should be allowed to continue driving.

Nick Freeman, the lawyer dubbed Mr Loophole, said the duke could be prosecuted for driving without due care and attention if he was deemed to have made a mistake.

It comes after the 97-year-old duke was pulled from his wrecked Freelander on Thursday after it flipped on its side following a collision with a Kia.
