Apple Announces the Best Apps, Games, Movies of 2018

The Heart Rate app, which was available on the iOS App Store until recently, told users it was measuring their pulse by using the Touch ID module on their iPhone. Coming back to the threat of iPhones being banned, earlier this year TRAI had warned Apple about hosting the app on its App Store or face a ban of its devices in the country. The app, called "TRAI DND-Do Not Disturb", aims to help Indian users curb unsolicited marketing phone calls and text messages, an issue that has become hugely problematic in the past few years. The app by TRAI allegedly shared user's call and message logs with authorities in India.

Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) approves the Do Not Disturb app in India to avoid an iPhone ban.

The name of the app that has been made available to iPhone users today is TRAI DND - Do Not Disturb. Apple has since taken the Heart Rate app down from its App Store. That's one of the most downloaded apps in the Play Store-removing it for fraud could force Cheetah Mobile to get its house in order.

McCarthy Firing From Packers As Much About Culture As Performance
Meanwhile, McCarthy's press conferences had started to become a broken record of him telling reporters he needed to coach better. But the Packers needed a fresh voice, and there will be plenty of coaches who want to work with Rodgers even if he can be hard .

Background: As already mentioned, Google does this every year, and same as before, you can access all of the content that we've mentioned here via the company's "Best of 2018" section in the Google Play Store that is linked above. According to laid out guidelines, any updates have to go through an iOS App Store so Apple can verify the integrity and safety of the new versions being rolled out to the public.

Two other notable additions this year include TikTok, the music video app formerly known as Musicall.y, and Cash App, Square's P2P payments app. TRAI had apparently given Apple a deadline of January 2019. If you are someone who deals a lot with spam calls or texts, this app is definitely useful and could come in handy.

If you were, for some reason, hoping to download CM File Manager or Kika Keyboard, I have some bad news. Reporting is done through sending of an SMS to 1909, the official number for the objective.
