Will Smith Teases New 'Aladdin' Movie With First Look At Poster

Will Smith reveals first post for Disney's 'Aladdin'

Disney's "Aladdin" live-action remake arrives on the big screen next year, and today Will Smith revealed the first poster for the upcoming movie.

The first look gives us a glimpse at the awesome live-action set. As we all know, Aladdin is that diamond in the rough. (Hence, the "diamond in the rough" line in the teaser.) The location ends up being where Aladdin finds the Genie's lamp, something that is set up by the teaser's final moment. We've been waiting a long time to see Will Smith's Genie, but he wasn't in the first look footage. Will also shared the poster on his Facebook page and wrote, "LEMME OUT!" People love Aladdin, and while I'm sure there will be some additions and some alterations, overall the new movie will likely bear a strong resemblance to the animated original. It shows his character's lamp, with a message: "Choose wisely". Aladdin plans to uses these wishes to win over the handsome Princess Jasmine, but the evil Jafar has other plans. The movie will hit theaters May 24, 2019.

On Thursday, Michael was drenching the Carolinas with heavy rains as it headed toward the Atlantic Ocean as a tropical storm. Soon enough, Mexico Beach's emerald waters and sugar-sand beaches were covered in a dark sea of debris, she said.

Ever since Tim Burton's Alice In Wonderland cracked the $1 billion dollar mark at the worldwide box office in 2010, Disney has gone on a frenzy of remaking live-action films to quite a bit of success.

The new "Aladdin" film also stars Mena Massoud as Aladdin, Naomi Scott as Princess Jasmine and Marwan Kenzari as Jafar, according to IMDb.
