5 teams who could take the risk and bring in Josh Gordon

Should the Colts pursue Browns WR Josh Gordon

"We wish Josh well".

Josh Gordon may find a new team before he is released from the Browns on Monday.

Gordon will have no says in where he is traded but Gordon is hopeful that it's to a place that can provide the support and understanding what his needs.

Gordon missed most of training camp on a leave of absence to focus on his ongoing recovery with addiction. Taking on the rest of his $790,000 salary for this year might be cheaper than competing for Gordon on the open market, and the Browns can also transfer all of that financial obligation to the acquiring team if that team winds up cutting him.

Dallas Cowboys & San Francisco 49ers are believed to have inquired about his services, but if a deal can't be struck, the Browns are prepared to release him to the waiver wire.

Gordon's incredible talent has been overshadowed by substance abuse throughout his career.

Samsung sets new Galaxy device launch for October
Of course, we're talking about mid-range Samsung smartphones, which usually don't get confirmed for major Android OS updates. Samsung sent out invitations on Friday (Sep 14) for an Oct 11 event to launch a new mobile device under its Galaxy line.

Others were perplexed, wondering why the Browns would cut Gordon now after sticking with him for so many years.

Gordon posted an Instagram story later Saturday in which he thanked the Browns and their fans.

"'Same book, next chapter...'" he added. "P.S". Both teams could use help at wide receiver.

Gordon was expected to have an expanded role Sunday against the Saints after being targeted only three times in a tie with the Steelers. He led the league in receiving yards for the 2013-14 season, recording 87 receptions for 1,646 yards and nine touchdowns.

A second-round pick in the 2012 supplemental draft, Gordon, 27, caught 180 passes for 3,106 yards and 16 touchdowns in 41 games with the Browns.

Gordon clearly wants to be a Jag, but the real question is if they want him too? He did not play in either 2015 or 2016.
