Chelsea FC Transfer Talk: Eden Hazard, Thibaut Courtois, Jordan Pickford

Olivier Giroud has held talks with Marseille but plans to stay at Chelsea the Mail say

Reportedly, the Belgian goalkeeper will be available for as low as €35 million since he is in the final year of contract at Stamford Bridge. As always, until it's actually an officially done deal, take the rumors with a grain of salt.

Madrid made no secret of their interest in Eden Hazard, and the admiration was reciprocated but Chelsea's asking price of £200m proved an obstacle that could not be overcome.

However, the same story says that Chelsea FC are "determined" not to sell Hazard this summer and they feel that handing him the captain's armband at Stamford Bridge may help to convince him to stay at the club.

With not long to go before the summer transfer window slams shut in England, Chelsea will have very little time to sign a possible replacement for their talisman. We've seen transfer fees reported for Hazard in the £170-£180 million range, which would make him the second most expensive player of all time.

And Chelsea are close to letting the pair move to the Santiago Bernabeu, according to the Daily Mail.

The Hungarian GP as it happened
With passing exceptionally hard, Bottas was able to bottle up Vettel and Raikkonen as Hamilton went five seconds clear out front. Vettel, his rival in the race to become a five-time world champion, finished second after passing Bottas five laps from the end.

His move to Chelsea comes amid doubts over Thibaut Courtois' future with the Londoners with Real Madrid reportedly keen on the Belgian global, who is entering the final year of his contract.

Who could that be now?

Chelsea are rumoured to be interested in the England number one following his impressive displays for the Three Lions at this summer's World Cup.

The Blues have been linked with Jack Butland and Kasper Schmeichel but following Pickford's stunning displays at the World Cup, the 24-year-old is attracting plenty of attention.
