Nabil Fekir’s move to Liverpool is now OFF

Nabil Fekir is soon to be a Red

Numerous reports have cited Liverpool's attempt of lowering Fekir's transfer fee as the main reason Lyon scrapped the move.

Noel Le Graet, president of the French Football Association, had hinted that a deal would still be finalised before Fekir travelled to the World Cup next week.

A source told ESPN FC on Thursday that Liverpool were confident about securing a €60 million deal for the France worldwide, despite earlier comments from Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas that no transfer would be concluded before the World Cup.

There were doubts as to whether the playmaker would pass a medical with the Premier League side due to a knee injury.

Lyon announce that they have ended negotiations with Liverpool over Nabil Fekir.

"That means "give us some more money, and you can have him".

Jared Leto’s Joker Is Getting His Own Movie
We already know, for example, that Leto is set to reprise his role in the sequel to Suicide Squad , set to begin filming in 2019. The outlet , who spoke with sources, reports: "[The film will pave] the way for future movies branching from " Suicide Squad .

Although Fekir's playing style can be compared to Southampton's Sofiane Boufal, the Frenchman is way more accurate and efficient when it comes to his dribbling and overall ball distribution in the final third.

"Hey, Liverpool, just get it done".

France forward Fekir has always been linked with a big-money move to Anfield and enjoyed a stellar campaign in France's top flight this season - scoring 18 goals and supplying a further eight assists.

At the end of the day, a fee was agreed, a medical was conducted and passed despite the issue found, the only issue is that Liverpool want a slightly reduced price to offset the risk of signing the probability of Fekir getting injured in the future.

"In this period of transfers where the slightest rumour is often presented as a reality, Olympique Lyonnais recalls that only the information disseminated by the club on its website is authentic".

Such was the advanced stage of a proposed move to Anfield that Fekir had conducted an introductory interview with the club's in-house channel LFCTV.
