Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Will Be A Battlenet Exclusive

'COD: Black Ops 4' Battle Royale Confirmed, PUBG Says, 'Welcome To The Club'

On the upside, Black Ops 4 will be the first Call of Duty game to land on Blizzard's platform, and if the situation is well-received by the players, it likely won't be the last.

Battle royale games have revolutionised the first-person shooter genre over the last few years, and feature a large amount of players - normally 100 - entering into combat that is won when just one victor, or winning team, is left alive. Furthermore, the company also confirmed that Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will not have a single-player campaign, which got all of a single sentence mention towards the end of the event.

One thing that has struck me about the evolution of Call of Duty's Black Ops division has been how much "game" Treyarch stuffs into each title. This means the team is putting a great deal of effort into creating a dynamic design that caters to fans that have played Call of Duty multiplayer while still flowing into a huge layout as a whole where players can hide, hunt down rivals and more.

What would Black Ops 4 do to follow up?

Call of Duty: Black Ops IIII is published by Activision, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Activision Blizzard (NASDAQ: ATVI) and developed by award-winning developer, Treyarch, with additional development support from Raven Software and Beenox. Developer Treyarch stated you will be able to play fan favourite characters from the Black Ops universe through varied locales.

Celebrating the 10-year anniversary of the original Call of Duty Zombies, Black Ops 4 also debuts an entirely new and unprecedented Zombies experience that's the biggest Day One offering in franchise history - with three fully-featured Zombies experiences at launch - IX, Voyage of Despair and Blood of the Dead.

American Christians Celebrate Historic Opening of US Embassy in Jerusalem
Laurie said in Psalms 122:6 Christians are commanded to "pray for the peace of Jerusalem" - "May those who love you be secure". The message was clear but Hagee said his position was misrepresented and "the ugliest of lies".

First of all, it's introduced Blackout - Treyarch's take on the massively popular Battle Royale genre, which promises to be a high-fidelity, core FPS version of the genre popularised by Fortnite and PUBG (we have more impressions on that over here). However, there is no doubt that players have put less emphasis on these game modes to focus on the multiplayer.

Which will include characters spanning the history of the Black Ops series and be playable both solo and in teams. The new addition is a game mode called Blackout.

There will be no thrust jumping or wall running, a major shift from other recent futuristic Call of Dutys like Black Ops III and Advanced Warfare, which were disliked among some fans.

Battle royale has been popularised in recent months by the likes of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds and Fortnite, and makes its Call of Duty debut in the shape of Blackout.

"The game we're representing today really represents the best of the ideas that have run through that gauntlet of game development, which is pretty typical for how we do things".

The trailer describes the map for it as the biggest one that they have created yet and it emphasizes that with Blackout, they are doing battle royale like only Black Ops can. The game will also feature a wealth of control options, as well as support for an uncapped framerate, 4K resolution and HDR, ultra-wide monitors, and performance and visual quality customization.
