Beyoncé Reunites with Destiny's Child for Star-Studded Coachella Peformance

Beyonce is set to perform at Coachella on Saturday

Adele was one of many fans to be blown away by Beyoncé's iconic Coachella headline performance last night (April 14).

Beyoncé was supposed to perform at Coachella previous year, but had to forego the opportunity because of her pregnancy - she delivered her twins last June.

With an audio recording of novelist Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's essay We Should All Be Feminists allowing Ms. Beyonce a moment to prepare, she re-emerged being elevated to the stage in an unmistakable silhouette of three figures.

The year off must have given her ideas, because she brought a giant guest list out to join in on the fun.

The songstress, of course, performed a number of hits from her latest album Lemonade, before as well as paying tribute to Nina Simone and quoting African-American Muslim minister and human rights activist Malcolm X.

Really? Man City boss Guardiola fears Man Utd 'can win the league'
Argentina global Aguero came off the bench as City attempted to salvage their Champions League tie with Liverpool on Tuesday. The Manchester United full-back was not punished for the studs-up tackle, which left Aguero floored late in the second half.

Kicking off her performance with a nod to Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Bey recruited a band, dancers and a step team consisting of HBCU attendees and/or grads.

In addition to the girl group's reunion, Coachella was Beyonce's first public performance she gave birth to her and Jay-Z's twins Rumi and Sir Carter in June of 2017. The singer was forced to take the time to focus on her pregnancy, so festival organizers wanted her comeback to be extra special. Of course, her hubby Jay-Z made a cameo. According to Page Six, Beyoncé's team has been trying to tightly control which photos of her get published, and because it's Beyoncé, they're probably going to pull it off.

Headliners for this year's festival include The Weeknd, Beyoncé, and Eminem, who will perform both weekend.

And judging by the reaction on social media, Queen B will definitely be invited back.
