Daniel Bryan cleared for WWE return after concussions-related retirement

WWE: Daniel Bryan cleared to return to in-ring action

According to the official website of the WWE, Bryan underwent a full review of his medical history and received comprehensive neurological and physical evaluations independent of WWE.

The 36-year-old wrestler said that he's been asking the WWE to re-look at his case for the last two months and they sent him to several neurologists who all told him he was cleared to return to the ring.

While Bryan was away from wrestling, Cena said he dedicated his time to his family and health and called Bryan one of the "healthiest" wrestlers in WWE now.

The news brought excitement to most everyone in the WWE universe, as we have all felt somewhat robbed of one of the great wrestlers for the past two years.

Bryan began the final segment of the show by inviting Owens and Zayn down to the ring, and the two buddies came out to hug the GM in the squared circle.
