Brock Lesnar Likely to Jump From WWE Back to UFC

Reigns and Lesnar squared off at Fastlane 2016 in a match which also included Dean Ambrose

According to Dave Meltzer, sources close to the Universal Champion believe that he is UFC bound, and that his WrestleMania 34 main event against Roman Reigns could be his final WWE match. UFC president Dana White has gone great lengths to further the speculation, saying the chances Lesnar returns are "very, very, very good." .

Now it's expected, with his WWE contract coming up, that Vince McMahon's master storyline plan will end where it began - in New Orleans for WrestleMania 34. Reigns talked about how he was born into the business and said Lesnar is just in WWE for the money, while he and everyone else on the roster love what they do and put their bodies on the line for the fans at WWE events all over the world night after night. He stuck around in the WWE, which had given him permission to fight for the UFC once more at UFC 200.

Lesnar hasn't competed since UFC 200 in July 2016, retiring months after twice testing positive for a banned substance prior to his fight against Mark Hunt - test results that weren't revealed until after the fact.

Brock Lesnar is one of the most frightening men on the planet.

It could very well be that Lesnar opted not to come to Raw as part of hardline negotiating tactics with WWE.

Bortles Signs Extension With Jaguars
The Jags sent a strong message by locking up Bortles weeks before free agency. The Jaguars, led by Bortles, went 10-6 and won the AFC South last season.

Following Brock Lesnar not appearing on Monday Night RAW despite being advertised, there was some concern over his scheduled WWE Live show appearance in Chicago on Saturday.

Quite frankly, it could be just another wrestling angle.

Reigns even managed to get the crowd to cheer for him as he continued his tirade on Lesnar.

As noted, the face off between Lesnar and Reigns was in multiple scripts that were done for Monday's RAW, and WWE was still advertising Lesnar after RAW hit the air.

Lesnar's contract with the WWE expires in April and his on-screen manager Paul Heyman recently hinted that we could very well see the 40-year-old back inside the Octagon. It is was not clear if Lesnar actually no-showed the event as a negotiation tactic against WWE, or if it was a creative call by the company.
