Dolores O'Riordan 1971-2018 Irish Musician and Singer-Songwriter

Hundreds of people gathered at a church in Limerick to remember the life of Cranberries frontwoman Dolores O'Riordan.

The Cranberries lead singer Dolores O'Riordan has died suddenly at the age of 46.

She told Sky News: "I'm so grateful to the family that we - the public - got to see her and pay our respects to her".

Accoording to previous reports, the singer's friends said she was "dreadfully depressed" in recent weeks, and was also "suffering with a lot of back pain".

The exact reasons behind the death of the singer are still unknown and an inquest into the singer's death was opened on Friday at Westminster Coroner's Court.

She left an indelible body of work, and I'm going to miss her voice - in more ways than one.
