Endeavor Content has purchased film and television rights to the book in a deal that is allegedly seven figures, and they will now begin pitching the concept to networks. (Endeavor Content is the joint film and TV financing operation of WME and IMG.) Wolff, a journalist who has written for magazines like GQ and Newsweek and been an editor at Adweek, is said to be an executive producer for the project.

The details inside the book - including that Trump discussed sleeping with his friends' wives, dyed his hair and never really wanted to occupy the White House - have been hotly contested by the president.

Wolff responded: "Not only is he helping me sell books, but he's helping me prove the point of the book". According to reporter Jennifer Jacobs, "nearly everyone who spoke with Wolff thought someone else in the White House had approved their participation". He gave White House officials a working title for his book, "The Great Transition: The First 100 Days of the Trump Administration".

One of the biggest questions surrounding Michael Wolff's provocative-yet-sloppy book about the Trump administration is: How did he get so much access?

Schools across South Louisiana close tomorrow as winter weather moves in
Lee County schools also announced that after-school activities and extended day programs have been cancelled today. The district said those dates were reserved for make-up purposes on the 2017-2018 school calendar.

The expose about Trump's first year in office made waves earlier this month, with the president himself decrying the book as "phony" and "full of lies, misrepresentations and sources that don't exist".

This account of how Wolff reported his book is based on interviews with multiple current and former Trump aides and advisers. "Close to 95 percent" of Wolff's White House interactions were "done so at the request of Mr. Bannon", White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told reporters.

"After [John] Kelly replaced Priebus as chief of staff at the end of July, Wolff was no longer allowed to linger in the West Wing lobby, a doctor's waiting room-like area where visitors come and go and staff occasionally cut through".

And then who plays Trump?
