Trump says subpoena filed against him for sexual assault is 'fake news'

Summer Zervos

Lawyers for Zervos, a former contestant on Trump's reality show "The Apprentice", reportedly filed the subpoena in March.

Attorneys for Summer Zervos are requesting the campaign submit all documents relating to her, all communications with or about her. That isn't my identity as a man, and it isn't the means by which I've led my life.

According to Zervos' suit, "Mr Trump became obsessed with calling Ms Zervos and any other woman who came forward to report his abuse liars with improper motives".

The video's release comes just over a year after Mr Trump's presidential campaign was nearly derailed by the leak of an Access Hollywood clip revealing him bragging about sexually assaulting women and "grabbing them by the p--y".

The attorneys listed a collection of women who have accused Trump of assault, including, Jessica Leeds, Mindy McGillivray, Rachel Crooks, Natasha Stoynoff, Temple Taggart, Kristin Anderson, Cathy Heller, Jill Harth, and Jessica Drake.

Trump said on Twitter and in public statements last October that all of the women were pushing "false allegations and outright lies" in an effort to help elect Hillary Clinton as president.

Zervos claims Trump kissed her twice on the lips amid a lunch meeting in his New York City office and on a different event in Beverly Hills, she affirms he kissed her forcefully and touched her bosom.

Senator Susan Collins Won't Run for Governor of Maine
If the Senator had made a decision to run, and won, she would have been Maine's first female Governor. Collins plans to reveal her decision at a meeting of local business leaders in the city of Rockland.

"When you're a star, they let you do it", Trump said.

BuzzFeed website first reported on the subpoena late on Sunday.

The attorneys additionally asked for "all documents" pertaining to other women who made similar accusations against Trump.

Trump's lawyers previously argued that the lawsuit against the president is politically motivated and that the subpoena from Zervos' lawyer is too "far-reaching". Trump tells the crowd that despite her having no experience, he interviewed the teenager "because she was so pretty" and then informs the crowd he offered her the job. The purportedly defamatory articulations were made amid a national political battle that included warmed political civil argument in political gatherings.

Donald Trump has been issued a subpoena asking for any documents he has concerning women who've accused the US President of touching them "inappropriately". They said it targeted 'wholly irrelevant information intended exclusively to harass the president'.

Zervos said a year ago that Trump had made unwanted sexual advances toward her when she met him at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles in 2007 to discuss career opportunities.
