Mahira Khan trolled over smoking pictures with Ranbir Kapoor

Ranbir Kapoor Mahira Khan

Last night the internet went insane when pictures of Mahira Khan sharing a smoke with Ranbir Kapoor emerged.

While the actress was present at the event she was asked about the pictures of Ranbir Kapoor and Pakistani actress Mahira Khan (who made her Bollywood debut in Raees staring opposite Shah Rukh Khan) that have gone viral on the internet.

While most are hopeful of a budding romance between the two, the "haya (shame) brigade" has taken it upon itself to shower Mahira with unwarranted judgement over her dress and lifestyle habits.

Well, for those uninitiated, recently, sourced images of Mahira and Ranbir vacationing in NY city while Ranbir was there filming for the Dutt biopic in July THIS YEAR had gone viral.

Talkin to a news daily, the senior Kapoor further said that Ranbir is a young man and he can chill with whoever he wanted to, though adding that nobody had any right to invade his privacy.

Pep Guardiola Hopeful Ilkay Gundogan Injury Not Serious
CITY midfielder Ilkay Gundogan picked up ANOTHER injury - on his first start since returning from a lengthy lay-off. Unfortunately, the action [tackle] was tough. "He will be back soon hopefully", Guardiola said.

Varun also came out in support of Mahira.

People voting for Imran Khan don t have any right to criticise Mahira.

In the photos, the "Raees" star is seen in a white backless dress, smoking with actor Ranbir Kapoor in NY. Both Ranbir and Mahira have been in touch for the past one year.

While Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik is often referred as India's "daamaad", fans wouldn't mind jumping the gun about finding our "bahu" from the neighbouring country. Later Mahira put all the rumours to rest as she explained that they were just catching up and discussing work. Everybody knows it's unfair and it'll stop.
