Premier League coverage from Old Trafford on talkSPORT

Man United's pace, power under Jose Mourinho make them title favourites

The table-topping Reds continued the flawless start to the Premier League season with a third successive victory heading into the worldwide break as Marcus Rashford and Marouane Fellaini scored off the bench to see off the Foxes.

Either way, this was Martial's chance to make his point as to why he should be trusted to start week-in, week-out, but he simply didn't take it. The Foxes surrendered the season opener against Arsenal on a thrilling 4-3 defeat, but bounced back and defeated Brighton by a convincing 2-0 score. It was not the exhilarating exploitation of space that eventually overwhelmed both West Ham and Swansea, mind you, but nobody who saw Leicester retreat ever deeper from kick-off could have expected it to be.

United will play their second game of the season at Old Trafford. Replays showed that Lacazette was clearly onside, and the Gunners should have had their equalizer.

After a slow start, United clicked into gear, Lukaku holding off the Leicester defence on the edge of the box and unleashing a low drive which required Kasper Schmeichel to make a smart save.

Fellaini's goal was the sixth goal out of Manchester United's 10 so far this season that has come after the 80th minute.

Going ahead resulted in Mourinho bringing on Fellaini, and it was the Belgian who netted United's second as he converted the ball into the net from six yards after connecting with Jesse Lingard's attempted shot. It's fair to say that the decision could have gone either way.

Static fire test of Falcon 9 complete-targeting launch of FORMOSAT-5 from SLC-4E at Vandenberg AFB on August 24. An advanced ionospheric probe from the National Central University in Taiwan is also aboard Formosat 5 .

And like last week at Swansea, Mourinho's subs made the difference, scoring two vital goals to ensure that the Red Devils will go into the worldwide break at the top of the Premier League table. "I just realise, like many other people, when he retires, you realise how many matches he played, how many goals he scored, what he represents for the football in this country and many congratulations for his career with the Three Lions". None of that attacking intent was displayed here whatsoever.

"Is [Jamie] Vardy a very risky player?"

There was no goal, no desire, and they were lucky to have held on for so long without conceding.

As Manchester United's players loaded the penalty area for the corner kick that would break Leicester's resistance, Jose Mourinho wandered over to Craig Shakespeare and patted him on the back. If I had understood him better, probably I would have helped him in a faster way than I did.

Boss Mourinho and a number of his players all spoke to MUTV and BT Sport after the game and we have summarised their key points below. The game is scheduled at 12:25 PM EST in Old Trafford, Stretford.
