Tottenham manager, Mauricio Pochettino, has responded to jibes aimed at the club by his Chelsea counterpart Antonio Conte on the Fragile title ambition of the north London club as well his and his top striker Harry Kane.

Walker was abused by Spurs fans during Manchester City's 3-0 win in Nashville's Nissan Stadium.

The England worldwide played 75 minutes of the Citizens' 3-0 win over Spurs late on Saturday night, often finding himself on the receiving end of boos when touching the ball.

However, Tottenham manager Pochettino moved to reassure concerned Spurs supporters not to be concerned by the transfer speculation.

"I think it is a good thing many clubs are talking about our players".

He ended up playing 229 times in total for the club and was a key part of the highly impressive Spurs team of recent years. It's a spontaneous feeling they showed but it's not personal, it's not a big issue.

"I'm trying to provide the best tools to compete and try to win because that's our mentality", he said.

July 30 at 01:00 in Nashville at the stadium "Nissan" Manchester City will meet with Tottenham in the regular game of the friendly tournament global Cup of Champions.

"So it is true the squads are completely different today".

Due to worldwide commitments, Edwards has been unable to go on Tottenham's pre-season tour of the USA.

"Be sure we will move in the market to try to improve the squad".

"Our main players only came back 14 days ago".

"We've worked hard, but we know we've still got a lot to improve on and we've got two weeks to do that", he added. They have invested more money than us and you can see for us we have a lot of young players on the bench.

"City have more senior players than us".

"We pushed a lot to train to train and develop our physical condition".
